| ALTERNATIVE SANITIZER - BROMINE: Bromine is the most common sanitizer used world wide in spas, hot tubs and indoor pools. The advantage of using Bromine as apposed to chlorine as a sanitizer for hot water is that when chlorine comes into contacts with sweat and oil from our bodies it forms chloramites (an unpleasant odor and it irritates the eyes) but Bromine forms Bromines when in contact with the same compounds. Bromines however give off very little odor and far less eye irritation. |
