CONCRETE SEALER SYDNEY AUSTRALIA'S NO. 1 FOR QUALITY AND PRICE

Kleenco manufactures and supply Concrete Sealer in Sydney . The Concrete Sealer can be used on bricks and paving for both indoor and outdoor as well as walls where long-life sealing is required to maintain the appearance and quality of the masonry surface.

Why Seal Your Floor with Concrete Sealer?
The purpose of a concrete sealer is to protect the surface against dirt, staining and wear, at the same time as keeping the surface looking like new and maintaining the value of your home. The sealer does this by forming a protective film that enhances the floor's appearance, brings out the colours of the flooring material and protects the surface against damage and abrasion.

Surface Preparation

ALWAYS test a small, discreet area before proceeding with the entire job.

Surface to be sealed with concrete sealer must be completely clean and dry - free from grease, oil, paint, acid, efflorescence, loose flakes and traces of grout.

Allow 7-14 days (depending on weather conditions) from the date of laying the floor to ensure mortar bed and grouting have dried and cured. If the slate has been laid in sand/cement, allow 4-6 weeks for complete drying of bed prior to using concrete sealer.

Removal of cement and grouting from the tiles should be effected using Kleenco Grout and Concrete Cleaner and a wire brush or steel wool. Rinse the solution from the tiles using clean water until all resides of Kleenco Grout and Concrete Cleaner are removed and the floor is thoroughly neutralised.

NOTE: The majority of sand and cement should be removed during the laying process and the use of Spirits of Salts (hydrochloric acid) is NOT RECOMMENDED.

Sweep floor to remove any excess dirt or dust and then follow the preparation steps detailed below.

1. PREPARATION

The floor should be cleaned of all marks and soils.

2. RETENTION OF NATURAL COLOUR

In order to preserve the original colour of tiles

Apply 3 thin, even coats of CONCRETE SEALER using a paint brush or lambswool applicator allowing at least 4 hours drying time between each coat. Do not allow CONCRETE SEALER to collect in puddles and avoid heavy traffic for 48 hours after sealing.

Concrete Sealer Coverage and Use Rates: One litre covers between 4 and 12 square meters depending on the porosity
of the surface.
